To provide the highest level of care and maintain availability for all clients, I kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a payment fee.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged 50% of the session rate.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session rate.

This policy applies to both studio and mobile sessions, as time and travel are reserved specifically for you.

I understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate with care and discretion.
